I was at home in the nude getting more and more desperate for a pee but my apartment has NO TOILET nor any access to lavatory facilities as the men's room in the building was permanently closed a few years ago . It got to a point where I literally could not hold it a moment longer thus the only thing I could do was to relieve myself somewhere in my own apartment! So I knelt down and proceeded to piss on the carpet making this rather large puddle.
